Returns Policy at Jadeella

Thank you for choosing Jadeella. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if your item does not meet your needs, you may return it for a credit voucher or exchange within 12 days of purchase. As a small independent brand, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your exchange or issue a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase value, which will be sent to your email address. This credit voucher will remain valid for 12 months.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, have been worn, damaged, or show signs of makeup, tanning products, or scents.

Please be aware that returns submitted after the 12-day window will be denied and sent back to the customer.

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form with your full details and indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a credit voucher. We recommend using a signed delivery service and retaining proof of return shipping.

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 5 days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed, and your credit voucher will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and support!
